Privacy

What happens to what you share.

If you're researching this kind of work, discretion probably isn't a nice-to-have — it's a condition. So instead of legal boilerplate, here is a plain description of everything this site does with your information, and everything it deliberately doesn't.

The Contact Form

Your words come straight to me.

When you send the contact form, your message is delivered to my inbox by Netlify — the company that hosts this site — and a copy sits in the site's private form dashboard, which only I can access. I'm the only person who reads it, and I reply personally.

Your message never goes into a marketing list, a newsletter, a CRM, or anyone else's hands, and there's no automated follow-up. What you write is held with the same confidentiality as anything you'd tell me on a call — and if you'd ever like it deleted, one email and it's gone.

Email & Calls

Writing and speaking directly.

If you'd rather skip the form, you can write to me at nathan@returnwithnathan.com — it lands in an inbox only I read, hosted on Google Workspace.

If you book a discovery call, the scheduling is handled by zcal, which asks for your name and email to manage the booking under its own privacy policy. The conversation itself is just us.

Analytics

Counting visits, not people.

This site uses GoatCounter, an independent, privacy-first analytics tool, to count page visits. It sets no cookies, builds no profiles, and doesn't follow you to other sites — it tells me how many people read a page, and nothing about who they are. That's why there's no cookie banner here: there's nothing to consent to.

Two things every website quietly does, named out loud: the server that delivers these pages (Netlify) keeps short-lived technical logs, and the site's typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers. Neither tells anyone you were researching this work.

What I Don't Do

The quiet part, said out loud.

  • No selling or sharing your information with anyone, ever.
  • No ad pixels, social media trackers, or retargeting.
  • No mailing list you get quietly added to.
  • No accounts, logins, or payment details stored on this site.
Beyond the Website

Confidentiality in the work itself.

The website is the smallest part of this. What you share with me on calls, in preparation, in ceremony, and in integration stays between us — I've written plainly about that commitment, and its two honest limits, in the FAQ. And how the container around ceremony itself is held — screening, consent, emergency readiness — is laid out on the safety page.

Questions or Removal

This page is a conversation too.

If you'd like anything you've shared corrected or deleted, or you have a question this page doesn't answer, write to nathan@returnwithnathan.com and I'll take care of it personally.
